use creative direction with BUSUECREATIVE to help mold & find continuous motivation in your select project. Creative directions goal is to make sure your work is utilizing as much inspiration as possible. Constantly asking a piece or product what it needs to be recognized more fully and speaking back to creators, so they may better translate the desired message to audiences. Your Creative Director will be available to you on site or over phone/video but would want to be present to witness a project move and offer advice in real time. Your Creative is there as an assistant to a project lead to make sure things make sense, your ideas pop, and creative flow is shared and connecting everyone involved in the project to the project. (consultation always suggested)
